In addition to full medical claims and collections services, Nobility RCM offers a Pre-Funding model that eliminates all financial hassles and frees physicians to concentrate on patients and building their practice. It helps to improve patient satisfaction and increase revenues. The innovative program pays the physician first then collects on outstanding claims from the insurance company.  Nobility RCM is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona

 

Account manager will be the primary point of contact for their assigned portfolio of accounts.  The account manager will have full responsibility for the client relationship, provide both tactical and strategic oversight, and work with internal operations teams to solve issues as they arise.  The account manager will establish and utilize key performance metrics for each account and be responsible for communicating results to the client.  The account manager will also be responsible for introducing and selling new products and services to the client.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Nobility Clients
  • Develop outstanding professional relationships with key stakeholders and Nobility Clients
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual client management plans and strategies
  • Serve as daily escalation point for clients
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure optimal processes and procedures for each client
  • Maintains periodic contact with assigned clients
  • Provide process and system training to clients

 

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in a relationship management or client services role required
  • Basic understanding of medical billing including claims processing, clinic practice management, and insurance company claims filing and reimbursement practices desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Candidate must demonstrate ability to communicate basic to intermediate medical billing, revenue cycle management, and practice management topics - desired
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and execute quarterly and annual client management plans and strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, and conflict resolution skills
